Job Summary: As a Retail Sales Associate, you will demonstrate sales and service excellence through leading customers through the sales process and create value in each customer interaction. You will be a subject matter expert in the company's products, services, sales process and procedures to achieve & exceed sales goals. The sales associate will take initiative to drive traffic, sales, and repeat business. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, responsible, and passionate about making sales & delivering excellent service.

Role and Responsibilities

· Achieve Individual Sales Goals by selling products and services to new and existing customers

· Seek to understand customer issues & recommend solutions to solve their needs

· Lead customers through the sales process, converting traffic into sales

· Troubleshoot customer device, account, or service issues

· Convert incoming calls into appointments & make outbound calls to create repeat business & referrals

· Complete trainings to understand the features, benefits, & advantages of products/services offered

· Attend sales & systems trainings to improve sales effectiveness

· Assist in the execution of local-level marketing tactics & promotions set forth by management

· Follow Cash & Inventory Handling Procedures

· Maintain Store Appearance & cleanliness

Qualifications:

· Customer facing experience: 1 year (Required)

· Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

· Bilingual: Spanish & English (Preferred)

· Must pass background and drug test

Working Conditions

· Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis

· Able to lift and move up to 20 lbs. pounds occasionally

· Able to stand for extended periods of time

· Ability to work varied hours/days

· Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including selling floor, stock area, and register area

· Ability to process information and merchandise through computer systems and POS register system'
