As our Plumbing Sales Representative, your day involves reviewing appointments and gearing up to meet potential customers. Whether in their homes or businesses, you conduct thorough consultations, assessing their plumbing needs and recommending the best solutions. You take the time to educate them about products, services, and water efficiency options, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their choices. Throughout the day, you develop and present tailored proposals, aligning solutions with their budget and preferences. Building lasting relationships is key, so you follow up with clients, answer questions, and ensure a seamless experience from consultation to installation. Collaborating with the plumbing and installation teams, you ensure every service runs smoothly while keeping up with industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service requests
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Ability to participate in training sessions, workshops, and team meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in plumbing, sales, or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
