Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Specialist based in Tampa, FL, with the flexibility for some work-from-home opportunities. The Insurance Sales Specialist will focus on identifying client needs to offer tailored insurance products such as life insurance and health insurance. Responsibilities include engaging with clients, fostering relationships, providing exceptional customer service, developing financial strategies, and achieving sales targets. The specialist will also collaborate with colleagues and leverage available resources to generate and cultivate leads.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
  • Knowledge and understanding of Health Insurance products and services
  • Strong focus on Customer Service and relationship management skills
  • Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
  • Licensure in relevant insurance areas is a plus or willingness to obtain appropriate licenses
  • Prior experience in financial services, sales, or consulting is advantageous
