We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Strategist to join our team. You will play a critical role in driving our business growth by developing and executing marketing strategies for our construction industry clients. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical problem solver, with a proven track record in driving marketing strategy, campaign execution, and lead generation. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growing industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand's presence in the construction industry.
- Utilize HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other digital tools to analyze and report on campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Optimize our website and social media profiles for SEO to increase visibility and generate leads.
- Plan and execute effective digital media campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Create engaging content for various platforms to attract and retain customers.
- Develop and manage lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze competitors' marketing activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices in the construction industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital media, content creation, and lead generation.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Innovative and creative thinker, with a track record of translating strategic thinking into action plans and output.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and best practices for marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and collaborate on marketing strategy.
