Required

  • Facilitate SAFe Agile Ceremonies: Lead iteration planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and system demos.
  • Coach Agile Teams: Mentor team members on Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices.
  • Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution and team velocity.
  • Promote SAFe Principles: Ensure alignment with Agile Release Train (ART) objectives and collaborate with other Scrum Masters and RTEs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements through metrics, retrospectives, and feedback loops.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner with development and QA teams to understand technical challenges and support delivery.

Duties

  • 6 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • 2+ years of experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare domain, preferably payer or provider systems.
  • Technical background in software development, systems integration, or data platforms.
  • Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Preferred.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
