About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven and analytically minded E-Commerce Advertising Specialist to oversee advertising campaigns across major retail marketplaces, including Amazon Ads, Wayfair Ads, Walmart Marketplace Ads, and Target+ Ads. This role will be responsible for developing strategy, optimizing campaigns, monitoring performance, and driving profitable growth across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart Marketplace, and Target+.
  • Manage budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROAS and achieve profitability goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Create and optimize product listings, A+ content, and ad creatives as needed.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide weekly/monthly performance reporting.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming areas to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and creative teams to support promotional strategies.
  • Stay updated with marketplace algorithm changes, ad policy updates, and new beta features.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on PPC management experience, preferably in retail marketplaces.
  • Proven experience with Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP is a plus).
  • Experience managing Wayfair Sponsored Products, Walmart Connect, or Target Roundel campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Understanding of eCommerce KPIs such as ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and CVR.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Pacvue, Skai, Tinuiti, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: $60, $85,000.00 per year
