Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children. This position requires strong caregiving skills and a commitment to supporting the growth of each child in your care.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Facilitate daily activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • Provide a safe and welcoming environment for children, ensuring their well-being at all times.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their developmental milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom and play areas.
  • Light cleaning duties
  • Administer first aid when necessary and maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in caregiving or childcare settings such as daycare centers, nannying, or babysitting.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents alike.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred.
  • A nurturing attitude with a passion for educating young minds.
  • Proficiency in English

Schedule:

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays

Hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
