Company Overview

Dynamic Wound Care is a rapidly growing mobile wound-care clinic servicing patients in long-term care facilities, assisted living, home health settings and other outreach locations across the Oklahoma region. We combine clinical excellence in advanced wound management with efficient, mobile operations that bring care to the patient. As we scale, we need a Controller who brings strong financial leadership, healthcare billing knowledge, and operational mindset to help us optimize cost structure, drive profitability, ensure compliance, and prepare for growth.

Position Summary

The Controller will be responsible for all financial functions of Dynamic Wound Care, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, cash-flow management, billing oversight, reimbursement analytics, internal controls, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close process: prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and review financials.

· Generate accurate, timely monthly financial reports for leadership: P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow statements.

· Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning tools.

· Monitor cash flow and working capital needs; manage receivables and payables.

· Drive reimbursement analysis: review payor contracts and analyze reimbursement rates and denials.

· Oversee billing, coding and revenue cycle processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Implement and monitor internal controls and compliance processes.

· Partner with operations and clinical leadership to provide financial insights for decision making.

· Manage audit and tax engagements with external advisors.

· Supervise accounting staff and improve processes and systems.

· Support special projects such as system implementations and strategic growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).

· 5–7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, ideally in healthcare.

· Experience in controller or senior accounting leadership role, preferably in mobile operations.

· Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, revenue cycle, and cost accounting.

· Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.

· Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

· High integrity and understanding of healthcare compliance regulations.

Preferred Additional Qualifications

· Experience with multi-state operations and multiple payor types.

· Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid rules and facility contracts.

· Experience implementing financial systems or automation.

· Knowledge of Oklahoma healthcare regulations.

Working Environment & Logistics

The base office will be in the Oklahoma City region, but frequent interaction with mobile teams and facility visits may be required. Competitive compensation and benefits will be commensurate with experience.
