Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Reports To: Controller

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up accordingly.
  • Record and reconcile incoming payments (checks, ACH, credit cards, etc.).
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions.
  • Assist in month-end closing, reporting, and account analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to improve billing accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or bookkeeping preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar). Microsoft Business Central is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Energetic, positive, and proactive with a professional demeanor
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55, $65,000.00 per year
