Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain the building and grounds to be safe, decent and sanitary, including some preventive maintenance and housekeeping common areas
- Regularly respond to tenant concerns by completing repairs/submitting repair requests and communicating and enforcing rules of occupancy.
- Promptly responds to urgent/critical tenant issues, including requests on nights and weekends.
- Is responsive and respectful towards tenants, helping to problem solve and requesting assistance from Home Office if situations warrants.
- Reports known safety accidents and hazards in a timely manner.
- Performs routine safety checks.
- Collect rents, and maintain necessary records.
- Works independently and makes day to day decisions without close supervision.
- Perform other duties assigned.

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of related work experience in a human service setting or housing management position.
- Sensitivity to the needs of older adults or people with diagnosis mental illness.
- Knowledge of basic building maintenance and general housekeeping techniques and procedures.
