Our firm specializes in various areas of business law, including mergers and acquisitions, entity structures, contracts, estate planning, employment, real estate, disputes, and other business-related advice.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least a partial book of business in an area of law that is synergistic with our existing business law practice areas. Our Marketing Director and team will help grow your client base over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel and guidance in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, entity structures, contracts, estate planning, employment, real estate, and disputes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing high-quality legal services and advice.
  • Work collaboratively with other attorneys in the firm on various cases and projects.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings as needed.

Qualifications

  • North Carolina Bar License
  • Partial book of business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client interactions and build a client base.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer

  • A base salary and performance-based bonus structure. Current attorneys on this structure are making over $300,000. Depending on your initial book of business, this may take time to develop.
