Our law firm located in the Southpark area of Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced real estate attorney. We are experiencing growth and are seeking a high performing, positive and ethical professional to join our legal team. We are looking for a long term team player who is organized and pays attention to details. Communication with clients, staff and attorneys is a must. Sometimes working outside of normal business hours is required. Competitive salary and benefits package offered.

Required Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in real estate closings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, survey and title review.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Possess effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal direction provided.
  • Scheduling and managing calendars.
  • Collaborating with paralegals and support staff to ensure A+ service is delivered to every client.
  • Draft contracts, easements, closing statements and other ancillary documents related to real estate.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Participating in networking events.
  • Staying updated on developments in real estate law, regulations, and best practices. It may also include attending legal seminars or courses to enhance knowledge.

Qualifications: We're on the lookout for a candidate who brings:

  • Licensure in North Carolina (SC licensure is a huge plus).
  • 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate Law.
  • Excellent at connecting with people and getting them excited about what we do.
  • The ability to learn and use different software tools relevant to real estate law. These could include legal document generation software, research tools, or client management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65, $80,000.00 per year
