We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the maintenance team across all facility operations, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance schedules to enhance equipment reliability and reduce unplanned outages.
  • Assign and prioritize work orders through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring timely completion.
  • Support the repair and maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment using standard tools and gauges.
  • Perform hands-on maintenance tasks, including building, repairing, and maintaining equipment and systems as needed.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs, identifying areas for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Technical/Trade School degree preferred.
  • Completion of an electrical training program with a vocational/technical degree required.
  • 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably within the paper industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including AC/DC circuits, motor starters, relays, PLCs, and PID control.
  • Skilled in installing, programming, and troubleshooting variable frequency drives.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical prints, schematics, and drawings.
  • Proficiency with Windows-based programs and maintenance management software.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
