Job Description

  • The online sales and Inventory Control Associate will communicate and work with vendors, amazon accounts, management, and processing groups
  • Send inventory to Amazon warehouses and Maintain stock levels on Amazon seller account
  • Monitor all receiving items/reports; ensure the accuracy of items and good condition of material
  • Input new received material into the inventory management system
  • Take physical inventory assessment, as required, and input necessary changes to the inventory management system
  • Prepare inventory management reports as required
  • Provide error-free work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position
  • Maintain customer-specific inventories by tracking and working with the procurement and sales teams
  • Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock
  • May assist sales/shipping in locating material required for orders by checking inbound stock
  • May work with vendors and private labeled purchasing to locate and expedite material to meet our needs.
  • Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on data and upcoming demands
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve inventory management processes and reduce carrying costs.
