Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all products are picked in accordance with quality standards. This role requires a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
  • Utilize handheld scanners and other equipment to track inventory and ensure order accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus
  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
