About the Role:

As a Commercial Plumbing Quotations Specialist, you will be the critical link between our vendor network and commercial contractors. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, configuring, pricing, and securing quotations that position our company as the practical solution for the customer.

Our Expectations:

  • Review and Analyze: Interpret detailed plumbing fixture schedules and specifications with precision and accuracy
  • Request and Negotiate Pricing: Solicit competitive quotes from our vendor network, working strategically to secure favorable pricing and margins
  • Maintain Quote Database: Enter and track quotes in our system with meticulous attention to detail
  • Monitor and Follow Up: Systematically track quote status, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely responses to move opportunities forward
  • Develop Expertise: Become the internal authority on fixture options, pricing trends, and vendor capabilities
  • Support Sales Team: Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Managers, and contractors to position winning solutions
  • Resolve Issues: Address vendor complications, specification changes, and pricing concerns with professional problem-solving
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Recognize upsell potential and communicate market insights to drive business development
