OVERVIEW:
LITEON designs and manufactures power supplies, keyboards, ODD, racks, enclosures, and liquid cooling for a variety of customers in the server, storage, networking, and consumer space. With headquarters in Taipei, Taiwan, and branch offices in the United States, LITEON is looking for a creative, best-in-class professional who will thrive in a fast-paced, highly technical environment. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication, and team-working skills and will be unafraid of stretching their talents in a dynamic organization where respect and knowledge are far more important than reporting structure. Collaboration with colleagues at all levels will be key to this person's success at LITEON.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Account Manager will work closely with Senior Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and cross-functional engineering teams to provide technical support, coordinate project activities, and ensure smooth communication between LITEON and the customer. This position focuses on power supplies, liquid cooling systems, and mechanical enclosures/racks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow into a customer-facing technical or account management career.

  1. Conduct cold calls to reach potential customers and introduce company products.
  2. Coordinate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth communication with clients.
  3. Prepare sales reports and assist with market research to support business development.
  4. Monitor project schedules, track deliverables, and follow up on open issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Collect and analyze customer feedback to support continuous improvement and identify potential new business opportunities.
  6. Participate in internal meetings to gain exposure to business planning, product strategies, and account management practices.
  7. Maintain a strong customer-oriented mindset and demonstrate eagerness to learn about customer products, technologies, and market trends.

QUALIFICATIONS
:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  2. 3~5 years of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., sales, customer service, account support).
  3. Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and customer awareness.
  4. Proactive, self-motivated, and disciplined. Being able to manage tasks independently and stay organized under pressure.
  5. Team-oriented with a positive attitude, and willingness to collaborate across functions.
  6. Flexible to support cross-regional meetings or occasional evening communication with global teams.
  7. Curious, fast learner, and capable of understanding both technical details and customer needs.
  8. Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data analysis or presentation tools is a plus.
