The Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and Personal Transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Team oriented.
  • Ability to work a 50 hour work week which will include nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient and smooth running of the restaurant.

- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.

- Assist in inventory management and control to optimize food and beverage costs.

- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a strong team.

- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve financial targets and operational goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52, $55,000.00 per year
