Title: Manager, Capital Planning

Essential Functions & Duties:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the organization's capital planning framework and budget

  • Assist in the preparation of long-term capital plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and prioritize capital projects.

  • Conduct financial modeling and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the feasibility of proposed capital projects

  • Prepare detailed reports on capital expenditures, forecasts, and variances

  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on capital allocation strategies

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with capital projects and investments

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in capital planning, financial analysis, or related fields

  • Strong knowledge of capital planning principles, financial modeling, and project management.

  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
