Construction Manager

We are currently seeking a Construction Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of construction projects on site
- Develop and monitor project schedules, work plans, and manpower allocation
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site engineers, foremen, and labor teams
- Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, safety standards, and local regulations
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress tracking reports.
- Control site materials, equipment usage, and inventory levels.
- Identify and resolve technical, operational, and coordination problems on site.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly site reports, submittals and work logs.
- Support in cost control and variation orders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in construction site management.
- Proficiency in AutoCad and Office suite software is a must.
