WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is a project solutions organization committed to implementing lean constructions, collaborative contracting, and execution approaches to enable breakthroughs in performance.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Superintendent to join our team supporting a Bio Pharma Construction Project in Lebanon, Indiana. Preferred candidates will have demonstrated success managing large-scale base build projects, possess at least 5 years of Bio Pharma project experience, and bring strong organizational, technical, and leadership skills. Candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is an onsite position in Lebanon, IN. Candidates must be local, open to relocation with an approved package, or able to support the project onsite through a per-diem arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project goals for safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise multiple project phases from inception through design, construction, commissioning, and close-out.
  • Maintain productive relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Communicate project status effectively to client management, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Utilize construction management tools such as Microsoft Project and Excel to track progress and performance indicators.
  • Prepare detailed reports and project documentation and collaborate closely with the Facilities Operations and Engineering teams.
  • Coordinate with local government agencies and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement across all trade partners.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of Bio Pharma construction experience.
  • Minimum 7+ years of base build construction experience within large-scale industrial or life sciences projects.
  • Experience working directly with a General Contractor or Electrical/Mechanical Subcontractor.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and lean construction practices.
  • OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 certification required.
  • Ability and willingness to expand technical expertise and grow with project needs.
Education
  • AA degree in construction management or equivalent experience preferred.
