KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver a warm, genuine welcome and farewell to guests in line with Stockyards Hotel standards
  • Maintain a professional, service-focused front desk environment
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest needs and concerns, following through to resolution
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room assignments with accuracy
  • Process payments and balance cash, checks, and credit card transactions
  • Provide local recommendations and information to guests
  • Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Promote available services and use up-selling techniques to maximize room revenue
  • Maintain a professional appearance and communicate with clarity and respect

Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & MUST-HAVES:

  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive, proactive approach to teamwork and problem-solving
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
