We're looking for a driven Category Product Manager to own strategy, development, and go-to-market execution for a diverse category within our Building Products portfolio.

What You'll Do

As a key cross-functional leader, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps that fuel growth and deliver on business objectives
  • Use market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to uncover new opportunities
  • Lead product innovation from concept through commercialization
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver excellent, manufacturable products
  • Own product assortment, lifecycle decisions, and pricing strategies to optimize category performance
  • Build compelling product positioning and equip Sales with effective tools and storytelling
  • Support launch initiatives across marketing channels including packaging, digital content, and training
  • Serve as product expert — coaching Sales, supporting customer conversations, and guiding internal decisions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across marketing, operations, legal, and finance
  • Track performance metrics and transform data into action
  • This role requires creative thinking, strong communication, and the confidence to influence decisions across the business.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in product management, category management, or product marketing — ideally in building materials or a related industry
  • Demonstrated success managing product lifecycles and driving profitable growth
  • Ability to translate market data into clear decisions and priorities
  • Experience leading projects from idea to commercial success
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Tech-savvy with strong analytical, organization, and communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building alignment and momentum across teams
