We're a patient-focused private dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care in a warm, friendly environment. Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and genuine relationships with our patients. We're looking for a motivated and organized Front Office Lead to join our team and help ensure that every patient's experience is smooth and welcoming from the moment they walk through our doors.

Position Summary

As the Front Office Lead, you'll be the face of our practice and the go-to person for front desk operations. You'll handle day-to-day administrative duties—like scheduling, insurance coordination, and patient communication—while also supporting and mentoring front office team members. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong dental front desk experience who's ready to take on more leadership responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Oversee daily scheduling to keep the practice running efficiently.
  • Lead and support front desk team members to maintain smooth operations.
  • Coordinate patient flow between clinical and administrative areas.
  • Ensure adherence to office policies and exceptional service standards.
  • Assist with end-of-day balancing, reporting, and office communications.
  • Work closely with the dentist on administrative projects and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of dental front office experience (required).
  • Strong understanding of dental insurance, scheduling, and terminology.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Leadership or team coordination experience preferred.
  • Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor.
  • Experience with Dentrix is a plus.

Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Fridays 8:00 AM to Noon
  • No evenings or weekends
