JPOSITION SUMMARY

The Operations Specialist – Trade Processing & Settlement, is directly responsible for specialized functions within Trade Processing. Including the processing and settling of security trades settling at DTC, as well as security and cash movements on custody, client communication, and reconciliation.

Work Schedule:
Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

Qualifications:

-BA/BS degree required

-BA/BS degree in accounting/finance strongly preferred

-Excel skills required

-Ability to identify, escalate and resolve a problem

-Ability to communicate professionally through effective verbal and written skills

-Ability to manage time efficiently and effectively

-Organizational skills and detail-oriented

-Ability to multi-task

-Ability to work in a team environment

-Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
