Position Description: The Product Manager is responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver winning products.

A. Seeking a results driven and user focussed Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and execution of cloud based web application. Will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, DevOps to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Strategic and hands-on role for someone who understands web technologies, cloud platforms, and product lifecycle management in an agile environment.

B. Define and own the product roadmap for our cloud based web application

C. Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through stakeholder interviews, data analysis and market research

D. Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories and wireframes

E. Work closely with UX/UI designers to shape intuitive and engaging user experiences

F. Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on time and within scope

G. Monitor and measure product performance using analytics tools, iterate based on insights and user feedback

H. Define and track KPIs and success metrics

I. Communicate product plans, progress, and releases across stakeholders and leadership teams

J. Stay current on industry trends, web technology developments and competitive landscape

Education: This position requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in computer science, information systems, business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. Five (5) years of equivalent experience in a related field may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree.

General Experience: The proposed candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in product management.

C. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems

D. Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

E. Adaptable to fast-changing priorities and environments

F. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA, Confluence ..

G. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills

H. Prior experience with MD DHS Adult Service application highly preferred

Specialized Experience:

A. Over 8+ years of Product Manager experience in Adult Services

B. 5+ years of Adult Service domain experience

C. 3+ years of JIRA workflow process (Status / Transitions ..) experience

D. 4+ years of experience in managing Agile teams

a. 3+ years of Scrum Master experience

E. 3+ years of SailPoint Integration experience
