We're looking for compassionate, energetic, self-motivated, driven individuals to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children, adolescents, young adults and adults with autism as Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Whether you're new to the field or exploring a new path, we'll provide paid training, support, and mentorship you need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with children with autism to provide CBT/ABA therapy
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
  • Conduct patient assessments and collect data on progress
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment goals
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Monitor and document behavioral health progress and outcomes

Skills:

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism
  • Strong patient care skills, including empathy, patience, and compassion
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation tools used in autism assessment
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
  • Proficient in documenting medical records accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to implement behavioral therapy strategies effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
