We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Consultant to join our team in Tampa, Florida. This hybrid role requires a strong background in both Orthodontic Appliance Fabrication. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise and excellent customer-facing skills to consult effectively with our dental partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult on and oversee the fabrication of high-quality orthodontic appliances according to dentists' and orthodontists' prescriptions.
  • Guide and maintain the creation of various dental appliances, including wire placement, band cementing, and bracket installation.
  • Provide expert knowledge and quality control for the fabrication of removable dentures and partials.

Qualifications

  • Proven, extensive experience as an Orthodontic Laboratory Technician.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of orthodontic appliances, procedures, and materials.
  • Extensive experience with removable dentures and partials is required.
  • Proficiency in relevant dental software systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for client consultation.
