What's your day like?

As a Contracted Technical Delivery Consultant at TMG Global in Tampa, FL, you will play a critical role in supporting technical project planning, execution, and milestone tracking. During this contract, you will collaborate with developers, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment across teams, participating in agile ceremonies and problem solving discussions to drive process improvement and excellence. Success in this role will also depend on your ability to communicate effectively across teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration while contributing to quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.

  • Support technical project planning, execution, and milestone tracking; assist in gathering business and system requirements to ensure timely delivery.
  • Contribute to system configuration, software integration, and workflow development; perform test case creation, execution, and documentation to support quality assurance and deployment standards.
  • Interface with clients to capture needs, provide project updates, and assist with implementation, onboarding, and training activities.
  • Maintain accurate records including meeting notes, status updates, and technical documentation for systems, integrations, and configurations.
  • Partner with developers, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment across teams; participate in agile ceremonies and problem-solving discussions.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience in technical support or infrastructure.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop support, network infrastructure or technology deployments.
  • A+ Certification (or equivalent) required; additional technical certifications a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and technical support best practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills with proven ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
  • Candidates must have reliable transportation and access to a personal laptop capable of supporting project-related software.
  • This is a muti site project the contractor will be required to travel between the Tampa and Riverview location.
