What You'll Do:

As an Account Executive, you'll build and manage your own book of business from the ground up. This role combines sales, customer management, and operations. You'll be the quarterback of your own freight.

  • Prospect and close new shipper accounts (cold/warm outreach)
  • Manage freight for existing customers
  • Book and dispatch trucks using our TMS and network
  • Track freight and ensure on-time delivery
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and carriers
  • Work with our internal operations team to keep freight moving smoothly

Requirements:

  • Freight brokerage or logistics sales experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, follow-up)
  • Basic understanding of trucking/logistics a plus
  • Self-starter with good time management
  • Comfortable in a high-call, fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Must be able to visit our Dallas-area office weekly
