About Overnght

Overnght is an Olympic sports streaming platform, carrying exclusive coverage from youth competitions all the way to collegiate championships and professional events. We stream national championship events, collegiate conferences, and international competitions while producing broadcasts, highlights, original shows, and athlete-first storytelling for a global audience.

We are scaling quickly and looking for a Digital Media Coordinator to support our digital content, YouTube growth, social media output, and event coverage.

What You'll Do

  • Upload, schedule, and publish games, highlights, and VOD content across YouTube and Overnght+
  • Write compelling titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata optimized for discovery
  • Edit and create short-form content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Build and execute social media posts, graphics, and content calendars
  • Manage YouTube playlists, event hubs, and seasonal collections
  • Maintain and organize digital asset libraries (game footage, thumbnails, graphics)
  • Coordinate with production teams, editors, and designers to deliver content on time
  • Support live event weekends by pulling clips, uploading highlights, and organizing footage
  • Track performance metrics (views, watch time, CTR, subscriber growth, engagement) and provide weekly reports
  • Ensure all content follows Overnght's brand standards and creative guidelines

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years experience in digital media, social media, sports media, or content coordination
  • Experience with YouTube Studio and video upload workflows
  • Ability to edit short-form and mid-form content (Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of content
  • Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills (Premiere, Photoshop, Media Encoder)
  • Excellent writing and metadata optimization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Passion for sports and digital storytelling

Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting live sports events
  • Familiarity with rowing, water polo, or Olympic sports
  • Understanding of SEO, thumbnail optimization, and YouTube analytics
  • Experience with project management tools like Airtable, Asana, Notion, or Trello
