We are seeking a full-time time, Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our highly rated team at the Best Western Prescottonian

Our ideal candidate is courteous, reliable and professional. Excellent customer service, computer and accounting skills are a must During your shift, you'd be handling basic front desk duties such as check-ins, check-outs, making reservations, as well as other administrative tasks, stocking, and general upkeep of the lobby. Prior experience is desired but we are more than willing to train right candidate Pay is based on experience. ***This is an overnight position. The shifts are from 10:30pm to 6:30am.***

Job Description

  • Performs basic duties of the Front Desk Agent
  • Must have a team player attitude
  • Welcome, check-in, check-out, and work with guests during their stay
  • Make reservations for future stays
  • Assist guests as needed and resolves guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintains a high level of professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate with public, hotel staff, and management in a professional manner.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to proper credit/debit and cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Ability to learn safety, emergency, and accident prevention policies and procedures.
  • Present a professional image, and able to communicate well with both guests and employees
  • Great communication & organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and/or bend with reasonable accommodation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
