At Ramsay Health Care, People Caring for People sits at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a motivated Talent Coordinator to join our Talent Team on a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting hospital sites with high-quality, end-to-end recruitment.
 
This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys being in the detail, working at pace, and making the recruitment journey seamless for both candidates and hiring leaders.
 
The opportunity
 
As a Talent Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day recruitment activity across our hospital network. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to deliver timely, compliant and candidate-focused recruitment outcomes.
 
You'll manage multiple roles at once, support volume recruitment activity, and be a key touchpoint for candidates throughout their journey with Ramsay.
 
What you'll be doing

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment across a variety of hospital-based roles

• Managing job advertising, shortlisting and interview coordination

• Providing a positive, responsive candidate experience from application to onboarding

• Liaising with hiring managers to support recruitment timelines and processes

• Coordinating pre-employment checks and offers of employment

• Maintaining accurate recruitment data and documentation within the ATS

• Supporting recruitment campaigns and volume hiring activity as required
 
What you'll bring

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR or a talent coordination role

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• A customer-service mindset with a genuine care for candidate experience

• Confidence communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders

• Strong organisational and administrative skills

• Experience using recruitment systems (ATS) highly regarded
