We're hiring a Driver / Delivery Runner who can stay on schedule, move efficiently, and represent the Luxe brand professionally at every doorstep.

This role manages daily residential and commercial pickups and deliveries and supports in-store operations during downtime. If you enjoy driving, staying active, and working independently, this role fits.

Compensation is $15/hr + Tips

Responsibilities

Delivery Operations

  • Safely operate a company vehicle for scheduled pickups and deliveries

  • Pick up customer orders during the morning window and deliver completed orders in the afternoon

  • Pick up finished dry cleaning from our vendor and drop off outgoing dry-cleaning bags daily

  • Follow optimized routes using navigation apps

  • Load, unload, and handle garments with care

  • Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked

  • Report any vehicle issues immediately

Customer Interaction

  • Greet customers politely during pickups/drop-offs

  • Communicate delays or route issues promptly

  • Represent Luxe with professionalism and respect

In-Store Support (Between Routes)

  • Assist with sorting, tagging, packaging, and routing prep

  • Help organize delivery bags and manifests

  • Support general operational tasks as needed

Schedule

  • This is a structured split-shift role designed around customer behavior and production flow.
  • Morning Pickup Window: 9:00am–12:00pm
  • Afternoon Delivery Window: 3:00pm–6:00pm
  • Approximately 30 hours/week Mandatory reliability — routes must run on time every day Company vehicle provided

Qualifications

  • Valid Texas driver's license

  • Clean driving record

  • Delivery or courier experience preferred

  • Strong navigation and time-management skills

  • Can lift 30–40 lbs (bags, bins, supplies)

  • Comfortable interacting with customers

  • Follows instructions and SOPs exactly

  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Compensation

  • $15/hr + tips
