About Us

Strive Soccer Club is a growing, community-driven soccer club committed to developing players through excellence in coaching, culture, and character. Partnered with Manchester School of Soccer, we are part of a multi-club system creating real pathways from recreational to competitive to collegiate and professional levels.

The Role

We are seeking a Director of Coaching (DOC) to lead our coaching staff, guide player development across all age groups, and uphold our mission of teaching the game the right way. The ideal candidate is a leader who loves the game, knows how to develop coaches and players, and can help shape the future of our club.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all coaching staff, training schedules, and player development pathways
  • Lead curriculum design and coaching education
  • Support team formation, tryouts, and player assessments
  • Maintain positive communication with families and staff
  • Collaborate with club leadership on strategic and developmental initiatives
  • Ensure alignment across the club with our mission and values

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of coaching experience (youth or academy level)
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and management abilities
  • Passion for mentorship and developing both coaches and players
