Position Summary

The Student Information Systems Manager (Infinite Campus, Clever, NWEA) is responsible for managing and enhancing Girard College's Student Information System (Infinite Campus) and its integrations with Clever and NWEA. This position serves as the lead for SIS configuration, scheduling, rostering, and technical support to ensure reliable and efficient daily operations across the school. While data reporting is an important responsibility, the primary focus is the administration, operation, and optimization of Infinite Campus and related systems.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead administrator for Infinite Campus, overseeing configuration, scheduling, rostering, grading, and annual rollover processes.
  • Support faculty, staff, students, and families with SIS-related access, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Build, configure, and maintain reports, queries, and modules to support school operations and academic leadership.
  • Audit SIS data regularly to ensure accuracy and resolve anomalies promptly.
  • Respond to and resolve HelpDesk tickets related to gradebooks, transcripts, scheduling, and permissions.
  • Provide training and documentation tailored to user groups (faculty, staff, students, parents).
  • Collaborate with IT and leadership to implement enhancements, upgrades, and system improvements.

  • Deliver recurring reports (attendance, grades, behavior, assessments) for Student Success and academic teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Education Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • History of experience managing Infinite Campus. Experience with a similar Student Information System may also be considered.
  • Familiarity with Clever and NWEA integrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to train and support diverse user groups.
  • Experience with Excel and data reporting tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
