Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support night-shift operations at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in equipment maintenance and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance within a regulated production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production, packaging, and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on manufacturing equipment.
  • Work with motors, sensors, actuators, and automated systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and calibration records in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve equipment issues while minimizing downtime.
  • Follow strict safety, sanitation, and documentation protocols in accordance with FDA and company guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in industrial or pharmaceutical maintenance required.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Familiarity with automated production lines and control systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret equipment schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and safety regulations preferred.
  • Willingness to work 3rd shift (10 PM – 6 AM) in a controlled production environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 – 70 per week
