Wisestaff is hiring experienced LVNs/LPNs for the Labor & Delivery Unit at San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC) — the nation's largest inpatient military hospital and a Level One Trauma Center. You'll be part of an elite medical team supporting our active-duty service members, veterans, and their families during life's most meaningful moments.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced and confident LVNs/LPNs who are passionate about maternal and newborn care and thrive in high-acuity, team-based environments.

Requirements (No Exceptions):

  • Minimum 2 years of recent full-time LVN/LPN experience in Labor & Delivery, OB, Perinatal, Postpartum/Mother–Baby, or Maternal Child Health (within the last 5 years)  
  • Active LVN/LPN license (any U.S. state or jurisdiction)  
  • Current BLS and NRP certifications (AHA or ARC)  
  • Experience with Magnesium Sulfate, Pitocin, insulin drips, epidurals, and amnio-infusions 
  • Eligible for government clearance
