At Touch of Vitality, our specialists work hands-on with innovative technologies such as the ExoPod Infrared Sauna Pod, ExoSkin Body Contouring, ExoFreeze Cryolipolysis, and ExoRed Red-Light Therapy Bed. Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and sales-driven Spa Technician Specialist to join our growing team. This dynamic role combines performing advanced, non-invasive wellness treatments with providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive in following up with leads, conducting consultations, promoting services, and assisting with projects that support the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of spa and wellness treatments with professionalism and care.
  • Deliver a high-quality, personalized experience for every client.
  • Conduct consultations and recommend suitable services or treatment plans.
  • Follow up with leads and clients using company-provided tools.
  • Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to meet revenue goals.
  • Assist with events, marketing initiatives, and business-related projects as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in accordance with spa standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in spa, wellness, or aesthetics preferred.
  • Training: Willingness to learn and master technologies such as cryotherapy, body sculpting, slimming treatments, and cryo-facials.
  • Skills: Strong sales and communication abilities; comfortable conducting consultations and follow-up calls.
  • Personality: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.

Compensation & Details

  • Job Type: Full-time, onsite at our downtown Los Angeles clinic
  • Pay: $22/hour + 10% commission
