Business Development Specialists
to join our team in California, USA.

Position Overview

As a
Business Development Specialist (BDS)
, you will:

  • Develop new business opportunities
    and manage client relationships.
  • Promote Baldan Group's
    aesthetic products and technologies
    .
  • Work closely with
    beauty
    and medical clinics, pharmacies, wellness centers, dermatologists and, dentists
    to drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand client base
    through account management.
  • Promote & sell
    devices and consumables.
  • Conduct
    client meetings
    (in-person & online demos).
  • Provide
    business growth support
    (treatment menu optimization, events).
  • Train & educate
    clients on product usage and profitability strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date
    CRM records
    .
  • Collaborate
    with internal teams for installations & training.
  • Ensure
    fast responses
    and high levels of
    customer satisfaction
    .

Requirements

  • 2+ years B2B sales experience
    (ideally in aesthetics, beauty, or medical wellness).
  • Proven success with
    medical clinics, med-spas, or beauty centers
    .
  • Experience with
    CRM tools
    (e.g., Force Manager) &
    Mapsly
    .
  • Strong
    communication, presentation & negotiation skills
    .
  • Target-driven, self-motivated
    .
  • Willingness to travel
    (valid driver's license required).
  • Fluent in English
    (spoken & written).
  • Existing
    industry network
    is a strong advantage.
