Overview:

Our client, a Global Fortune 50 organization and one of the world's largest distributors of healthcare systems, medical supplies & pharmaceutical products, seeks an accomplished Customer / Call Center Representative.

Location: Irving, TX 75063

Duration: 6 months contract w/ possibility of extension or conversion to FTE role

Notes:

· Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

· Work Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm Central Time (30-minute lunch break).

· Onsite role. Must have reliable transportation to work / commute onsite.

Job Description:

· The Senior Health Services Associate is a key member of the team responsible for answering phone calls and facilitating communication with healthcare providers, patients, and internal stakeholders.

· This role also coordinates and schedules initial and refill shipments of patient medications.

· Show initiative and take an enthusiastic, proactive approach to work.

· Answer incoming phone calls and provide necessary information.

· Contact patients and gather essential information for coordination of prescription shipments.

· Accurately and completely schedule medication deliveries.

· Maintain patient records accurately and completely.

· Follow all applicable government regulations, including HIPAA and compliance standards.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· High school graduate or equivalent.

· Mandatory Skill: 1 year call center experience.

· Typing: 30+ WPM.

· Strong telephone skills.

· Skill Matrix: Filing, Photocopying, Customer Service, Microsoft Office.
