Bellingham Project Manager / General Manager

RestoraMate, Bellingham WA**

RestoraMate is a fast growing restoration and construction company that handles water damage, mold remediation, and full rebuild projects. We are looking for a strong Project Manager or General Manager who can take full ownership of our jobs and lead our team with confidence.

This role is for someone who is organized, proactive, and able to operate independently. You will run projects from start to finish, manage subcontractors, coordinate the team, and ensure every job is delivered on time and at a high quality standard.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Execution

  • Plan each project fully before day one.
  • Build timelines, material lists, trade schedules, and weekly work plans.
  • Keep all projects flowing smoothly with weekly and monthly pre planning.
  • Track progress daily and keep the schedule updated.

Communication and Leadership

  • Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team.
  • Provide consistent updates and solve problems before they escalate.
  • Lead the team so everyone knows what they are doing and what is expected.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and ensure high quality workmanship.

Financial and Administrative Duties

  • Manage all job costing from start to finish.
  • Track material costs, sub costs, change orders, and final payments.
  • Coordinate closely with accounting for progress payments and billing.
  • Ensure all documents are organized in office and online including contracts, estimates, change orders, photos, and inspection reports.

Technology and Systems

  • Manage projects using spreadsheets and digital systems.
  • Must be computer savvy.
  • This is not a paper based position.
  • Ensure all information is clear, accurate, and updated.

Standards and Expectations

  • Anticipate problems before they happen and propose solutions.
  • Hold the team accountable for quality and timelines.
  • Stay calm under pressure and keep projects moving forward.
  • Work independently and operate at a high level without constant oversight.
  • Represent RestoraMate professionally with clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Project management experience in construction or restoration preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs at once.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, spreadsheets, and project tracking systems.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience, plus performance based growth opportunities.

Pay: $68, $82,382.33 per year
