• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our menu options, including daily specials and wine pairings
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt and accurate order delivery
• Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and answer questions about the menu
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, following health and safety guidelines
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues in a professional manner
• Contribute to a positive team environment, working closely with colleagues to exceed guest expectations

• Previous serving experience in a casual dining environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including allergens and dietary restrictions
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order delivery
• Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
