Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to reach or exceed territory growth and revenue expectations.
  • Work with Sales Representatives in the field to assess and develop their selling and territory management capabilities.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
  • Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Finance, or Related Field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales management, preferably in a health care setting.
  • Strong ability to communicate directly with new and existing customers or clients to help grow base of business through up-selling, new lead generation, referrals.
  • Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred for management.
