Position Overview

We are seeking two highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service & Order Management Specialist to join our team in Auburn Hills, MI. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in order entry, customer service, and administrative support, with proficiency in SAP-R3 or a similar system. This role supports the end-to-end Sales to Cash (STC) process and requires excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate information and timely resolution.

Manage customer orders, including order entry, creation of deliverables, and invoicing in SAP.

Support the full order fulfillment cycle, including dispute resolution, credit/debit memo issuance, and tracking orders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Warehouse, and Transportation.

Proactively identify and address customer needs, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor and ensure follow-through of customer issues, escalating as needed to achieve resolution.

Maintain accurate documentation and records within systems such as Salesforce, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to implementing changes.

Assist in general administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Required Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

1+ year of experience in customer service or administrative support (beyond call center or retail experience).

6 months to 1 year of hands-on SAP-R3 (or equivalent ERP) experience.

Order Entry And Order Management Experience Required.
Technical Skills:

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Experience with and SharePoint is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across departments.

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptable and able to work effectively in changing business conditions.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
