Responsibilities

  • Develop tools to support customer requirements like OTIF and SQEP .
  • Use systems like Walmart's Scintilla (formerly Luminate) to analyze supplier and replenishment performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to improve supply chain efficiency and compliance.
  • Identify inventory risks and implement solutions to prevent lost sales.
  • Support client presentations and strategy sessions with Walmart .
  • Analyze inventory and forecasts to meet in-stock and delivery goals.
  • Align sales forecasts across stakeholders and communicate performance metrics.
  • Provide updates on inventory challenges, opportunities, and forecast changes.

Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor's required

  • Bachelor of Arts Degree

Work Experience:

  • 6+years of supply chain experience
  • 3+ years of previous supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Experience / proficient in Microsoft Office – Specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

  • Experience in data analysis and working with customer systems and technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Walmart systems, including Retail Link and GRS.
  • Understanding of Walmart's supply chain operations .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
