Associate Attorney
to help us continue that tradition.

About the Role

This is a
full-time position
for a motivated attorney who can independently manage a diverse docket while benefiting from direct mentorship from a seasoned immigration law leader. You'll handle a broad range of immigration matters—including
family-based, employment-based, investor, and naturalization cases
—as well as work on
immigration compliance and removal proceedings
.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in
    immigration court and before federal agencies
  • Prepare, file, and prosecute immigration petitions and applications (family, employment, and investment-based)
  • Advise clients on legal rights, compliance, and potential outcomes
  • Conduct legal research, prepare briefs, and draft persuasive legal documents
  • Develop and execute legal strategies in hearings, interviews, and appeals
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and exhibit preparation for hearings and trials

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.)
    from an accredited law school
  • 3–10 years of experience
    in
    employment-based immigration law
  • Comprehensive knowledge of immigration law, including
    family, employment, investor, and naturalization matters
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong legal research abilities
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Professional demeanor, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Passion for helping clients navigate complex legal systems with integrity and care
