We are a sales and business consulting firm in Tampa seeking an Entry Level Account Associate to deliver AT&T's reliable mobile services. From individual plans to business solutions, the Entry Level Account Associate will be the one ensuring every customer gets the personalized experience they deserve.

As an Entry Level Account Associate, you'll be the first impression of AT&T Mobile for many customers. Your genuine approach to explaining service options and plan benefits will set the tone for their entire experience. The Entry Level Account Associate coordinates everything from initial interest to active account, growing your career with every connection you make.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Associate

  • Introduce client products and services to qualified residential customers throughout the Tampa region to promote AT&T and facilitate new customer enrollment
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation with the customers to seamless activation of new AT&T products and services.
  • Develop personalized mobile solutions by evaluating customer needs, device compatibility, and budget to recommend the best-fit AT&T plans and hardware.
  • Analyze market feedback and engagement metrics to continuously refine outreach strategies and optimize territory performance in alignment with AT&T sales goals.
  • Streamline account processes by collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex service challenges, improve onboarding efficiency, and ensure product and service delivery.
  • Work with other Entry Level Account Associates and client sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and comprehensive sales plans.

Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level Account Associate

  • Experience in telecom, customer support, or technical outreach—especially in mobile, wireless, or subscription-based services.
  • Comfortable with tech and confident explaining service options or solving basic connectivity issues.
  • Focused and flexible, able to juggle tasks, hit outreach goals, and stay sharp in fast-paced settings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4, $5,400.00 per month
