This role is ideal for someone with a journalist's curiosity, a storyteller's instinct, and a creator's energy. You'll help shape a new category of media — breaking important stories in AI and cybersecurity, interviewing thought leaders, and producing creative short-form content that educates and entertains.

What You'll Do

  • Pitch and produce ideas: Develop content concepts around AI, cybersecurity, phishing, and digital trust — from thought-provoking interviews to trend-driven short-form content.
  • Research and script: Identify relevant stories, write engaging scripts, and prepare questions for guests or internal talent.
  • Coordinate productions: Collaborate with the in-house videographer and creative team to schedule, prep, and run shoots in our Beverly Hills-area studio.

  • Experiment boldly: Try new storytelling formats, comedic angles, or narrative approaches that make complex security topics engaging and shareable.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with marketing, video, and design teams to align creative output with company goals.

Who You Are

  • Creative Storyteller: You have 0–2 years of experience in journalism, comedy, entertainment, social media, or any field centered on storytelling and research. Alternative backgrounds welcome as well We are just looking for someone who wants to work hard and be creative.
  • Curious and Analytical: You love digging into complex topics like AI and cybersecurity and explaining them in simple, clever ways.
  • Fast-Moving & Resourceful: You thrive in startup environments and can juggle multiple creative projects at once.
  • Collaborative: You communicate clearly, welcome feedback, and enjoy working with both creative and technical teams.
  • Adaptable: Comfortable wearing multiple hats — writer, producer, researcher, or even on-camera personality.
  • Bonus: Experience with social video platforms, podcast production, or working with AI creative tools.

What We Offer

  • Creative Autonomy: The freedom to pitch bold ideas and see them come to life in our in-house studio.
  • Mentorship & Growth: Work directly with senior marketing and creative leaders on high-visibility projects.
  • Upside: Share in Adaptive's success alongside founders with multiple $B+ exits.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Premium medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • High-Impact Work: Your ideas will help define how the world understands and engages with AI security.

Culture of Innovation:
