Los Angeles, California, United States SOCIAL HOUSE, INC.® Full time

Overview

Social House, Inc. is an award-winning Digital Growth Agency, driven to strategically transform brands via elevated content, influencers, and paid media. We go beyond traditional social media and paid advertising, by tapping into cultural conversations with strategies designed to be both creative and measurable. Our methodology is rooted in our TriVision Approach which bridges Strategy, Content, and Paid Media to produce agile, original, and even unconventional narratives that resonate and inspire.

Job Description

At Social House, Inc., the Creative Director sets and leads the creative vision for our clients campaigns and always-on content needs, along with broader brand and campaign work. You'll take ideas from concept through execution, sharpening the strategy, raising the craft, and delivering work that's visually compelling, culturally relevant, and built to achieve client objectives.

This role calls for a confident creative POV, strong strategic thinking, and a highly collaborative style. You'll partner closely with internal stakeholders and clients, turning feedback into better work and guiding teams toward the strongest possible outcomes.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll work hand-in-hand with Project Management and cross-functional teams to produce standout, thought-provoking content. You'll also collaborate with Client Services and Sales to support pitches, win new business, and drive renewals.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a seasoned Creative Director who blends bold, original thinking with exceptional execution. You'll guide work from first idea through final delivery with clarity, rigor, and taste, setting the creative bar and ensuring every output reflects it.

This role calls for a leader who raises the standard while building people up: inspiring, approachable, and deeply invested in helping creatives do the best work of their careers. You'll create an environment where strong ideas thrive, feedback is actionable, and craft is non-negotiable.

You're a highly conceptual, culturally fluent thinker with a sharp understanding of how people behave, online and in real life. You can independently connect brands to culture in ways that feel fresh and true, and you bring a track record of delivering consistent, standout campaigns. You'll own the creative trajectory of projects end-to-end, setting the vision, steering the process, and ensuring every detail (big and small) meets a high bar.

Above all, you're excited to make beautiful, relevant work for the internet, whatever the format demands, and you know how to turn great ideas into content that performs.
